As Studio B celebrates 20 years in Lakewood, we are proud to introduce an expanded range of adult fitness and wellness classes. This next chapter unfolds in our brand new, thoughtfully designed space, where movement, strength, and mindful training come together.

Vinyasa I
A gentle, breath-linked flow focused on building foundational strength, flexibility, and balance. You’ll move through sun salutations and basic postures with clear alignment cues and accessible modifications. Expect a supportive pace and a calming finish. This is a heated class.
Vinyasa II
A stronger, more dynamic Vinyasa flow that builds on foundational poses. Expect deeper stretches, core work, balance challenges, and creative sequencing at a more athletic pace, with options to advance your practice. This is a heated class.
Mat Pilates
A low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens the core, improves posture, and increases flexibility. Using controlled movements and mindful breathing, this class focuses on deep muscle engagement with options for all levels.
Senior Stretch & Strength
A low-impact class designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility for active older adults. Movements are performed at a comfortable pace with clear modifications, including chair support when needed.
Meditation
An all-levels meditation class designed to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate calm and clarity. Guided practices support both beginners and experienced meditators in finding balance and presence.
DANCE CARDIO
A fun, high-energy workout that blends simple dance moves with cardio fitness. Set to upbeat music, this class elevates the heart rate in a welcoming, judgment-free environment with modifications for all levels.
Yoga Sculpt
A full-body heated workout rooted in Pilates, Ballet and Yoga with added strength training and cardio. Movements are controlled yet dynamic, focusing on toning, balance, and mindful strength. Welcoming to adults of all ages and experience levels. Expect music, sweat and a supportive environment.
